Located in the heart of Jeffersonville, Indiana’s Historic District, just across the river from Louisville, Kentucky, The Old Bridge Inn Bed & Breakfast operates as a successful bed and breakfast. This neo-classical home was built by a prominent Jeffersonville family in 1836. The entire house is decorated with antiques and features five beautiful bedrooms, all with private baths. The sixth bedroom is the old servant’s quarters and is the innkeepers room.

“A full breakfast is served at the Old Bridge Inn each morning and might be a southern country breakfast with sausage, biscuit and gravy, hash browns and eggs OR fresh fruit, homemade muffins, and a breakfast casserole.

Yesterday, we had fresh fruits, fresh blueberry pancakes with either blueberry syrup or maple syrup, and bacon on the side. Today, we had the big country breakfast to get our guests off on a trip to nearby Lexington, KY, and the Kentucky Horse Park!”

I am passionate about innkeeping because of the guests that frequent the inn. After 10 years in business, we are very fortunate to have many return guests, and are also honored by those who have never stayed at a B&B before, but who have chosen us to test the waters.
