I saw this Apple Cranberry Compote recipe a few minutes ago, on the Thomas Shepherd Inn B&B blog, and thought it was a good one to share (see the recipe article here). My mouth is watering, just thinking about it.

Local apples, cranberry sauce, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, brown sugar, oats and butter. Man, oh man, that sounds good. Hope you like it, too!
